Bordeaux Proteome 2026 Workshop

Bordeaux Proteome is once again organizing its technology workshop this year, designed to introduce participants to the principles and applications of proteomic analysis and mass spectrometry imaging. As in 2025, this workshop will cover the entire process, from sample preparation to data acquisition and processing, integrating both LC-MS approaches and imaging techniques.

This comprehensive program aims to provide participants with a thorough understanding of these two complementary fields, while also raising their awareness of best practices and limitations in effectively leveraging project results. Whether you wish to discover these techniques or deepen your existing knowledge, this workshop is designed to meet your needs.

Workshop objectives:

  • Mastering the basics of sample preparation for proteomic analysis and imaging.
  • Understand the principles of data acquisition in LC-MS and mass spectrometry imaging.
  • Understand the principles of data acquisition in LC-MS and mass spectrometry imaging.
  • Identify the strengths, limitations, and specific applications of each technique.

Target audience: This workshop is aimed at all researchers, students, engineers, and technicians wishing to train or improve their skills in proteomics and mass spectrometry imaging. 16 places are available for both students and administrative and technical staff.

Certificate of attendance: A certificate will be given to each participant at the end of the workshop, allowing them to validate the training hours completed, particularly with doctoral schools.

Practical information:

  • Place number: 16
  • Audience : Researchers, students, engineers, technicians.
  • Prerequisites: No specific prerequisites are required.

Join us on June 3rd and 4th for a practical and interactive training session, and discover how proteomic analysis and mass spectrometry imaging can enrich your research projects!
