{"id":419,"date":"2022-10-24T14:06:38","date_gmt":"2022-10-24T12:06:38","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/proteome.u-bordeaux.fr\/?page_id=419"},"modified":"2026-01-02T14:26:11","modified_gmt":"2026-01-02T13:26:11","slug":"conseils","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/proteome.u-bordeaux.fr\/en\/conseils\/","title":{"rendered":"Conseils pratiques pour une pr\u00e9paration d&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon optimale"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Keratin contaminations<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"justification_texte wp-block-paragraph\">Afin de maximiser les chances de succ\u00e8s des analyses de prot\u00e9ines \u00a0en spectrom\u00e9trie de masse, il est vivement conseill\u00e9 de pr\u00e9parer les \u00e9chantillons selon les recommandations ci-dessous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">You: Keratins come from skin, hair and clothing.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Wearing a clean coat and gloves is essential throughout the manipulation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gloves must be renewed for each manipulation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Avoid wearing sweaters made of wool, mohair, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The material: Keratins come from dust in suspension.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Equipment and dishes that come into contact with the gel should be washed with detergent, rinsed with ultrapure water and dried with ethanol.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All equipment should be stored away from dust.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If possible, handle under a laminar flow hood.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The solutions: The solutions themselves can be a source of keratins.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Preferably use 1.5 ml transparent polypropylene microtubes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use new products that will be exclusively dedicated to gels.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The cones will be reserved for proteomic use.
