In the case of a collaboration, the laboratory in charge of the project assumes the operating costs. In the case of a service, the laboratory in charge of the project assumes the operating costs but also the costs of expertise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify justification_texte\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Cette charte pr\u00e9sente les modalit\u00e9s d\u2019acc\u00e8s au site de l&rsquo;UAR Bordeaux Proteome et pr\u00e9cise aux utilisateurs ses r\u00e8gles de fonctionnement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Our commitments<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"justification_texte\">Provide you with our current rates, which are subject to regular review<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"justification_texte\">Establish on your request an estimate relating to the analyzes that you wish to entrust to us<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"justification_texte\">Provide all advice and expertise necessary for the definition, implementation and management of the project<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"justification_texte\">Train designated users in carrying out the analyzes and provide them with technical assistance as much as possible<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"justification_texte\">Provide you with the equipment and protocols needed to carry out the project and the resulting analysis<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"justification_texte\">Restituer les r\u00e9sultats d\u2019analyses r\u00e9alis\u00e9es par le personnel de l&rsquo;UAR selon le calendrier d\u00e9fini et, le cas non \u00e9ch\u00e9ant, d\u00e9finir avec vous les solutions ad\u00e9quates<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"justification_texte\">Ensure the sustainability of our technological performance through an active technical and technological watch and an action plan for the upgrading of equipment and the continuous training of our staff<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"justification_texte\">Implement, through the continuous improvement of our quality management system, all the means necessary to demonstrate our ability to conduct projects and analyzes in accordance with your requirements and applicable regulatory requirements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"justification_texte\">Respect the confidentiality vis-\u00e0-vis the results of your work with the exception of your contact details and the title of the project (unless otherwise indicated on your part)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Your commitments<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"justification_texte\">Provide the technical manager with any information on the project to carry out the processing of the samples and the analysis of the resulting results,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"justification_texte\">Inform us of the health and safety rules that apply to any sample presenting a proven risk for equipment or people<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"justification_texte\">Preserve the integrity of the equipment by avoiding performing any action that could harm its integrity and keep the Platform staff informed of any malfunction<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"justification_texte\">Comply with the reservation schedules for the devices, the instructions for using the equipment as well as the specified health and safety rules<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"justification_texte\">Respect confidentiality vis-\u00e0-vis technological developments that may be underway within the Platform<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"justification_texte\">In the context of a collaboration, include as co-authors the staff of the Platform who participated in the work carried out<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"justification_texte\" style=\"font-size:16px\">By signing this charter, we mutually agree to respect its various points.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify justification_texte\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Toutefois, le responsable de l&rsquo;UAR se r\u00e9serve le droit d\u2019interrompre un projet ou d\u2019interdire l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la Plateforme \u00e0 toute personne ne respectant pas l\u2019un de ces engagements. De m\u00eame, le responsable de l&rsquo;UAR se r\u00e9serve le droit de ne pas r\u00e9aliser un projet si les garanties de mise en \u0153uvre ne lui semblent pas r\u00e9unies, ou s\u2019il semble non conforme \u00e0 la r\u00e8glementation ou \u00e9thiquement non recevable.
